AI for the whole practice
One workspace for the partners and the team. Client work stays in one place, and Remi does the chasing.
Monday: the chase list drafts itself
Remi reads the renewals table and drafts the reminder emails for anything expiring soon. You review, then send.
Before you take the work: check the company
Filings pulled straight from Companies House, inside the workspace.
Month-end: the client pack builds itself
The numbers become a finished report in your house style, waiting for a partner to review.

What it costs, honestly
Per-seat AI plans run about £16 to £20 a person each month, for one model. A ten-person team pays £160 or more. Remi Team is £75 a month for the whole workspace, up to 15 people, every model.
Fair questions
Does Remi pull data from Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes, through integrations. Connect the tools the practice already uses, and ask us for any that are missing.
Can it file anything with HMRC or Companies House?
No. Remi reads Companies House records and drafts your documents. Filing stays with you and your existing software.
Where does client data go?
It's stored in the EU, never used to train a model, and we can't read it without your say-so.
What does it cost for a six-person practice?
Starter at £30 a month covers five people, Team at £75 covers fifteen. One workspace price per plan, not per person.
